I have a v9m & couldn't wait to get the v9x (replaced my v3xx). I wasn't disappointed! I work in the medical field & live/work in a rural area. Top priorities are reception, loudness & clarity of phone. Size is important & some of the other features less so. I have found Motorola phones to be very durable & problem free. I cannot say too strongly how much I like the razr line, especially this v9 series. I am partial to the dark colors gray/black, so I couldn't be happier. The crystal talk is one of the biggest technological advancements in cell phones since day one. I know a lot of people are "tired" of the razr or have something negative to say, but it is one of the best cell phones out there. If I had to try to replace it, which I've done with regret, I'd be at a loss in finding a phone that does what I need.
