It appears the rumor mills have started up again as supposed leaked images of a new MacBook Pro surface. The image below shows the new MacBook Pro to be similar in appearance to the MacBook Air, possessing an aluminum casing and a black keyboard, with the notable exceptions in design being the thickness and placement of speakers (at the side here as opposed to the Air’s “hidden” speaker in front of the screen). It also features its traditional back-lit keyboard, multi-touch trackpad, webcam, among other standard Macbook features. It also weighs in at a nice 5.1 pounds. Not much else is known as of yet, but we shall keep you posted as the upcoming Apple event in September nears.
