Game of the Month – May: N June 2, 2008
Posted by Chaim Gartenberg in : Video Games , trackbackOkay, once again, GOTM is a couple days late. My bad. Also, before you go nuts, I know this game is over 3 years old (on PC). However, I found it recently and have recently become obsessed with beating it. This is no easy task, considering the 500 individual levels it has. With my favorite style of “Run, Jump, and Do some really cool maneuvers” game play, (see here my review of another such game, Fancy Pants Adventures). The first immediately noticeable thing is that you can’t attack anything. In fact, most of the game is stacked in it’s favor. But thats where the fun and challenge is. The controls are kinda hard to get used to, but once you do, it’s fun. And the sheer sense of satisfaction at beating a difficult level is incredible. Overall, i find this game really fun, and looks to provide many months of entertainment for those persistent enough to stick with it. N can be downloaded here.
